1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using GuestOS, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
GuestOS is a guest management platform for events including proms, weddings, and corporate events. We provide tools for guest list management, check-in tracking, seating arrangements, payment tracking, and event analytics.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account — including the optional commercial profile we ask for during onboarding (segment, estimated volume, current tool) — and to update it as needed. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication from Settings → Security.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. One-time event payments are non-refundable after use.
5. Data and Content
You retain ownership of all guest data you upload to GuestOS. We do not sell or share your guest data with third parties. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to store guest information.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. The deletion request requires email confirmation (token expires in 60 minutes) and opens a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the request; at the end of the period we proceed with permanent erasure under GDPR Article 17.
7. Limitation of Liability
GuestOS is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to any claim.
