Yes. BUSINESS includes full API and webhooks. ENTERPRISE adds custom integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP and other enterprise systems.
Can we use our own domain?+
ENTERPRISE includes full white-label with custom domain (events.yourcompany.com). BUSINESS allows removing branding but keeps the guestos.app domain.
How are events billed?+
BUSINESS is a monthly subscription with unlimited events. ENTERPRISE includes annual contract with SLA, dedicated support and SSO.
Do you have SOC 2 or enterprise compliance?+
We run on SOC 2 infrastructure (Vercel + Supabase). ENTERPRISE includes custom DPA, BAA and MSA.
How many team members can access?+
BUSINESS includes unlimited collaborators with role-based permissions (owner, admin, staff, readonly). ENTERPRISE adds SSO/SAML.
